Ingredients
- 8 Slices of brioche bread
- 1- 8oz package of cream cheese
- Carmel Macchiato coffee creamer
- White sugar
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Eggs
- Butter
- Blueberries
- Powder sugar for garnish
- Cream cheese filling
- 1- 8 oz package room temperature
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon creamer
- Mix until all ingredients are combined
- French toast mixture
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of caramel macchiato creamer
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a medium size mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and creamer until all ingredients are mixed together. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together eggs, creamer, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix until eggs are fully beaten. Set aside.
- After you have mixed both mixtures take 8 slices of the brioche bread and cut off the sides and ends. Once you have done that then take a rolling pin and roll out each piece of bread until they are flat.
- Next take a butter knife and put a smooth 1 inch layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread covering the entire side.
- Then place 6-8 blueberries in the middle in two rows of 3 or 4 depending on the size of the bread. Roll each one up.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium size frying pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted dip french toast into batter and place in frying pan. I cook four in the pan at a time.
- Brown on each side 2-3 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
