Ingredients

  • 12 brown eggs
  • 2 cups of mayo
  • 3 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil with eggs and tsp of salt. Reduce to medium high. Allow to boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Once done place eggs in a bowl of ice and cold water. Allow to cool.
  3. Cut eggs in half diagonally. Put yolk in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Place egg whites in a plate.
  5. Mash yolks.
  6. Once yolks have been mashed add mayo, black pepper, adobo seasoning, and sugar. Mix until you have a creamy mixture. Taste and add more seasoning as needed.

Notes

If you are not one that likes all of the seasoning you are more than welcome to substitute the adobo seasoning for pink Himalayan salt or whichever you prefer.
